Service & Satisfaction Policy

At Seal-It Sealcoating, we are committed to delivering high-quality driveway sealcoating and surface protection services across Calgary. Due to the nature of our work, our policies are designed to ensure clear expectations and fair outcomes for both parties.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, provide touch-ups or corrections to ensure a satisfactory outcome.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours notice. 

Sealcoating is weather-dependent. In cases of rain or unsuitable conditions, appointments may be rescheduled to ensure optimal results.

Surface Condition Disclaimer

Final results may vary depending on the existing condition of the surface. Cracks, oil stains, previous repairs, and surface damage may affect the final appearance and durability of the sealcoating. While we aim for the best possible finish, not all imperfections can be fully restored.

Drying & Aftercare

Customers are responsible for following post-service care instructions, including avoiding vehicle or foot traffic for the recommended drying period. Failure to follow these guidelines may affect results and is not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.
